Wendy O’Donnell, MPH, MCHES
Wendy is a native Arizonan, coming from a small town in Western Arizona.
She moved to Tucson to attend the University of Arizona and completed her Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education. After a few years as a Health Educator, Wendy decided to pursue her Masters in Public Health in Health Behavior and Health Promotion. She has also earned her Master Certified Health Education Specialist certification and enjoys continually learning about public health. She is passionate about health literacy and communications, health education, and immunizations. She is excited to be part of the Arizona Living Well Institute at Empowerment Systems!
In her free time, she loves spending time outdoors with her yellow lab, daughter, husband, and friends.
Marni Rawiszer, MPH
Director of Communications & Wellness
Marni recently moved to Arizona from New York after receiving her Master’s degree in Public Health, concentrating in social behavior and community health, from the University at Albany School of Public Health. Marni also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York College of Oneonta in Child and Family Studies. During her graduate study, Marni held an internship position at MVP Health Care for the employee wellness program. As an advocate for equitable health care and education access for all, she is ecstatic to apart of the Empowerment Systems Inc. team. In her free time, Marni is an avid yogi, gardener and enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
Liza first learned about the Arizona Living Well Institute at Empowerment Systems By volunteering to compile and analyze data for the CDSMP Program. After working with the data and realizing the impact that it was making on the community, she knew that it was something she wanted to be a part of and loved the program and instantly applied to be the Program Data assistant for the Arizona Living well institute. Liza processes workshop materials and information forms and efficiently collects data.
