The 4th edition of Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions has been completely revised and updated to reflect the latest research and the experiences of thousands of workshop participants.
- How do I implement changes to the workshop when I was trained using an older edition of the book?
You can contact the Stanford Patient Education Research Center for more information about transitioning to the new edition. Their web address is http://patienteducation.stanford.edu/. It is the AZ Living Well Institute’s understanding that there will also be a new edition of the Leader Manual that will coincide with the new edition of the book. We will continue to work to bring you the most current information.
- Can I pre-order the 4th edition?
Bull Publishing will begin taking orders for the 4th edition on March 1, 2012. We can bill you upon shipment of the books in June, or if you prefer, you can prepay when you order.
- How long can I continue using the 3rd edition, and receiving credit for returns?
So you can transition to the 4th edition when it makes most sense for your program, we will keep the 3rd edition in print and available for one year after the publication of the 4th edition. You will be able to return unused copies of the 3rd edition for full credit for 12 months after the publication of each version of the 4th edition.
