We have reached our GOAL!!!

Hello Healthy Living (CDSMP) Partners! We have reached our goal of 800 completers two months before March 31, 2012.  Thank you so much for all of your hard work to move Arizona past the ARRA-AoA Grant goal! We have surpassed such a great milestone!  Arizona has 820 completers! Way to go Arizona!!
